First Halloween

Our second week

This was a big week -- circumcision on Monday, first outing to downtown on Wednesday, a trip to Edge and the spa on Thursday (too bad Mom forgot the camera for that one!), and then another doctors appointment on Friday for a PKU test. When we haven't been out and about, I've been concentrating on sleeping, eating, and growing! On Friday the doctor weighed me and I'm up to 8lb 3oz, so that's a whole pound gained in the past week and a half.

Grandma K has been spending a lot of time with us these past two weeks. From reorganizing the kitchen, to making muffins, to snuggling with Cole, we appreciate everything so much! We've loved having her here and will miss seeing her every morning.

All bundled up to go to the doctor, our first outing. Dr. Cutsforth checked him out and said he looked perfect in every way. He's gained 4 oz since our home health nurse visit on Monday, so his weight is up to 7lb 3oz.

Cole's birthday

Cole was born on Friday, October 12th at 5:43am. He weighed in at 7lb 8oz and measured 19" long. Here are a few photos from the day.
